Privacy & data protection

Transparency on how we handle visitor data, cookies and contact requests.

This privacy policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have under GDPR / AVG law. SkyView Attractions Group values a clear, commercial relationship with visitors and partners — that includes clarity on data. We do not process personal data without a concrete, documented purpose.

Data controller

Who is responsible for processing your data (controller)

SkyView Attractions Group — established at Oslo 3, Unit 4, 2993 LD Barendrecht, The Netherlands — is the data controller for all processing described in this policy. For any privacy question or data subject request, you can reach our team via the contact details listed at the bottom of this page.

Processing categories

What data we process — and only when there is a clear reason

We keep data processing deliberately limited and split processing into two clearly separated categories. There is no continuous personal-data collection on every visit. The default position is: unless you explicitly take an action that shares data, your visit remains as anonymous as possible.

  • Visitor analytics after explicit opt-in consent: only after you accept analytical cookies in the consent banner, we enable Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand traffic patterns, page performance and the most relevant pages for buyers and partners.
  • Contact-form submissions: if you send us a project question, investor enquiry, operator support request or other message via the contact form, we process the fields you submit (name, company, email, interest, message) solely to answer that specific request and to follow up where relevant.
  • Essential technical data: the web server may temporarily record technical information (browser type, approximate country from IP, requested URL) in short-lived server logs for security and stability purposes only. These logs are not used for profiling or marketing and are rotated within 7 days.

Cookies & tracking

Cookies, tracking and Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2

This website uses the Google-recommended Consent Mode v2 framework so we can respect your choice before any analytical cookies are stored on your device. The consent banner appears automatically on every first visit and records your choice locally. You can change your choice at any time via the footer link or by clearing your browser storage for this domain.

  • Essential only (default when you choose "Only essential"): no tracking cookies are set. Google Analytics continues to run in cookieless consent mode with anonymised signals and data redaction, so visits can still be counted at a highly aggregated level without identifiers.
  • Analytics accepted (when you choose "Accept analytics cookies"): Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies with a short lifetime to build a clearer picture of which pages, models and project stories perform best for cities, developers and operators. We always run GA4 with anonymize_ip enabled and do not share raw analytics data with third parties outside SkyView.
  • No advertising cookies, retargeting or ad personalisation are used on skyviewcreation.com. No other trackers, pixels or social widgets are loaded without consent.

Contact requests

How we handle contact-form submissions and follow-up

When you send a message via the contact form we store the submission alongside a timestamp so we can trace the origin of a request if needed for delivery follow-up or project coordination. Your data is used exclusively to answer your question, prepare a project response, share relevant reference material or coordinate a follow-up meeting. We do not add contact-form submissions to a newsletter list, automated marketing sequence or mass CRM without a separate explicit opt-in.

Retention period: contact-form data and associated email correspondence are stored for a maximum of 24 months after the last meaningful response, after which the data is securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an active project relationship.

Retention periods

Retention periods — we do not keep data longer than the purpose requires

  • Short-lived technical server logs: rotated within 7 days and used only for anti-abuse, uptime and debugging.
  • Google Analytics 4 raw events and user data: 14 months retention configured inside the GA4 property with automatic reset at the end of the period.
  • Contact submissions and project correspondence: maximum 24 months after the last contact point, after which the data is deleted unless an active project or legal obligation requires longer storage.
  • Cookie-consent preference (accepted or rejected): stored locally in your browser for 12 months so the banner does not re-appear on every single page load.

Data subject rights
